Buy to let is getting harder-let us help

Being landlords ourselves we recognise the difficulties of being a buy to let landlord, particularly over the last few years when the government and HMRC seem to have done their best to punish landlords with additional requirements and tax burdens. We work with landlords with between 1 and 20 properties and can advise on how to handle the new requirements for mortgage loan interest, the new rules replacing wear and tear allowance, what expenses can be claimed and for new or existing landlords planning to invest we can help with advice and support on whether to do so through a limited company.

Our comprehensive service will include reviewing the income and expenses of the property to ensure you are claiming for everything you are entitled to, preparing the full tax return for you and submitting to HMRC. We will act as your agent so can also deal with any queries after a return has been submitted.

For landlords who up until now have not been declaring their income we can also assist with multiple year returns under the HMRC landlord amnesty scheme again ensuring all allowable costs are included and working to minimise penalties from HMRC. We have handled many applications under the amnesty and aim to make the process straightforward and clear at every point.

Additional property pages £60 each additional.

Second return (eg for spouse) with shared property income available at 50% of full fee.

Remember that our charges can be offset against the profits of the buy to let property.
